Function:
Speed detection and feedback: The PG card works with the motor encoder to convert the motor rotation angle into a digital signal, accurately detect the rotation speed of the elevator motor, and feed back the speed information to the inverter or controller. The controller adjusts the motor power supply frequency according to the feedback signal to achieve precise control of the elevator speed and ensure that the elevator runs smoothly at the set speed.
Position detection and feedback: By working with the encoder, the PG card can monitor the position information of the elevator car in real time, accurately determine the position of the elevator in the shaft, and provide accurate position data support for the elevator's leveling parking and floor positioning, ensuring the elevator's leveling accuracy and allowing the elevator to accurately stop at the target floor.
Closed-loop control: The PG card participates in the formation of speed closed-loop and position closed-loop control. In the speed closed-loop, according to the difference between the feedback speed signal and the set speed, the controller automatically adjusts the inverter output to keep the elevator speed stable. In the position closed-loop, based on the position feedback information, the controller accurately controls the elevator's running position to improve the accuracy and reliability of the elevator's operation.
