Elevator light curtain is a light-type elevator door safety protection and infrared transmitter and receiver device, which is suitable for passenger elevators and freight elevators to protect the safety of passengers.
In actual working conditions, the damage or instability of the light curtain is often caused by unstable voltage, poor grounding, interference from ambient light, dust, and water ingress.
Therefore, in order to improve the trouble-free working time of light curtain products, it is recommended to consider the following factors when designing light curtains:
- Protection class IP65
- Ambient light resistance to light intensity above 100,000Lux
- Anti-light intensity of fluorescent lamp is more than 3000Lux
- Metal shell, grounding-free design
- Passed static diarge test of at least 4000V
- Can withstand 1000V instantaneous surge
- Can withstand group pulses above 4000V
