OVF30 inverter fault code description
1. Base (GATE SUPPLY) fault
The hardware has detected insufficient voltage in the IGBT gate drive circuit.
(1)check whether the grounding of the inverter is good;

(2)replace the XU2 board and UD3 board;

(3)replace the inverter
2. Inverter OCT inverter output overcurrent
(1)check the parameters INVTR OCT, DRIVE RTD I RMS, INV IFSCALE;

(2)check whether there is a short circuit or insulation problem on the motor side;

(3)check whether the brake is fully opened;

(4)check the PVT and wiring; (5), replace the inverter
3. IGBT Desatuation/
Problems with IGBT devices and related circuits such as gate drive circuits
(1)replace the base and UD3 board;

(2)replace the inverter
